I go to school in Seoul and love going to Kpop concerts! I made a different post about the concerts I went to from Feb to May and this one is about the concerts I went to over the summer. I pretty much always have a good time at concerts there is only one or two were I didn’t have a good time.

I didn’t know a lot about AHOF but the concert was fun. They seemed a bit nervous but that is understandable since it was their first concert.

It was a lot of fun and the performances were all great, especially BoyNextDoor’s. The only thing was after Plave half the audience left and it was noticeably empty when BND came on which like you can leave an event early if you want but it made the vibes for BND a little off.
Weverse Con Festival 6/7

It was fun and the performances were great but it was cloudy and the food inside the festival was expensive and not great. Also not Weverse/Hybe’s fault but there was a protest happening outside so leaving the venue and quiet moments were awkward since you could hear the yelling.
ALD1 Star Road 6/12

Fun but short. The event was at Ins[ire which I already don’t like and then it was short. It was only like 1.5~2hr so while I had fun getting to and from the venue was such a pain it wasn’t really worth it.
JNJM Duality Fanmeet 6/13 6/14

Both days were so much fun. I actually went the first day and loved it so much that I decided to go to the second day. I loved their encore outfits and it was so fun to see them performing in animal onesies.

The vibes were off. The songs and performances were fun but something just felt off and made the show kind of awkward. I’m not really sure how to describe it but it made the show less fun.
Seoul Music Awards 6/20

It was so fun and I got to see so many groups perform. I especially loved Dayoung’s performance. ATEEZ was also cool to see in person. I went through Trazy so my seat was close too.
I went home during the summer and didn’t really go to anything Kpop related.
2026 K-World Dream Awards 8/27

The event was fun and the groups who performed did a great job. I especially loved Xlov but the location was not good. This was at Kintex in Goyang. So it was kind of annoying to get to and it was held in a convention hall. The aircon was not strong enough and everyone was hot and sweaty. Also I had a seated ticket but they made the seats too low so it was hard to see.

His performance was great and he brought out so many different guests to perform like I think he had five for my show and it was really cool to see since it was my first time seeing all of them except for Dayoung.

It was so much fun! Kevin was great and I met some friends and had a lot of fun at the event. Jacob also came and was serving drinks.

The actual event was great but it was at Inspire. I didn’t have a great seat and because of the screens part of my view was blocked. Also trying to leave was horrible. There was so much pushing and yelling and someone pushed me to the ground. The staff had no control over the crowd.
WayV Born This Way 9/13

It was great! It was my first time seeing WayV and there were 4 members (Kun, Xiaojun, Hendery, and Yangyang).They were so much fun to see. I just wish I got to see the 5 of them together.
Taemin Liminal 9/18 and 9/19

Taemin was great both days but the first day I couldn’t see. I talked to other people and they had a similar experience. Basically the first day there was too much smoke and the lighting was too dim making it difficult to see Taemin even on the screens. The second day was much better. There was less smoke and I could see Taemin clearly. His performance, especially the opening, was so good.
AxMxP X Verse 9/20

I knew very little about AxMxP going into the concert but it was so much fun! They were great to see perform live and the lead singer was great at hyping up the crowd. It was also walking distance from my place which was great. The only downside was I had standing instead of seating but even then the standing vibes were better than a lot of shows. While people were still standing around with their phones it was fewer and most people were jumping up and down and getting into it.
