Music Producer Frankie Biggz Gave ATEEZ’s “DRIP” a 10/10, and It Made Me Appreciate the Song Even More

Producer Reaction: DJ/Producer Frankie Biggz – ‘Drip’ Official MV Reaction

Official MV: ATEEZ – “DRIP” Official MV

So I was watching this reaction to ATEEZ’s “DRIP” by DJ/Producer Frankie Biggz, and he actually gave it a 10/10! What I found more interesting than the rating itself was hearing him talk about the production. He pointed out little details in the sounds and layering that I hadn’t really noticed before, and it made me go back and listen to the song differently.

I’ve always liked how ATEEZ experiments with different sounds while still keeping their own identity. They seem to keep up with current trends without their music ever feeling stale or repetitive, which I think is harder to pull off than it seems.

It also got me thinking about how we judge music in K-pop. Sometimes a song doesn’t click right away, but understanding the production choices behind it can change how you hear it. I wonder how often we overlook interesting production just because a song isn’t our usual taste.

Which groups do you think are doing a good job of experimenting while still keeping their signature sound?

And for those who don’t normally listen to ATEEZ, I’m curious what you think of “DRIP.” Does it sound fresh to you, or does it remind you of other trends in K-pop right now?

Personally, I’m digging it. ATEEZ really ate with DRIP!
