Help with a Korean legal form

I have a legal/real estate question regarding property in Korea. My father-in-law, who lived in Korea, passed away recently. My mother-in-law is now trying to sell their apartment so she can move back to the U.S.

The real estate agent has informed her that since the apartment was jointly owned by both parents, and my father-in-law did not have a will in place, they require a formal statement from all three children confirming that they will not contest his property or claim any rights to it.

My question is: Is there a ready-made form that the children could use for this purpose? All three children currently live in the U.S. and have limited access to information on Korean law.

Any help and/or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
