Okay let’s get into my confession.😊😊
This is my 6th year in k-pop and i tried almost every group in k-pop including 5th gen but not a single group that attracted me in musically or otherwise except Bts.Bts is the reason that i came here in k-pop.I’m a hardcore Bts hater before i get know about them.I know about them in 2017 but i’m deliberately avoid them bcs i don’t like how my country girls like their songs over my country song.That time some youtube channels compared every country’s songs each other.But most of the girls from my country chose Bts songs over Indian songs.This was the only reason that i hate them at that time (I know it’s Silly 😊).At first i thought Bts and k-pop are two different groups and i hate both of them equally 😪😪 After that i realised Bts is a group from K-pop and K-pop is an industry.Then Bts songs and reaction videos are pop up my youtube feed in time to time but ignored it because i don’t like them.Then the pandemic happen K-Dramas and youtube videos are the only reason that make me alive at that time.Slowly i’m getting into depression.I can’t find anything intresting.Then Bts’s Video “Dear Class Of 2020″ Come to my feed.Finally after all the 3 years of ignoring i decided to give them a chance.After watching their”Dear class of 20” Videos i like their songs and personalities and i search more about them and watched their Run Bts videos,their funny compilations etc… After their music i really like their funny personalities.They don’t even trying to funny they are literally born funny.For me they are the most funniest and silliest idols in kpop industry and i love them for that 😂😂.People are saying “You will find them when you need most”.Yes I found them when i need them most.They are literally my life saver at that time.😊👍
That doesn’t make am an Army or hardcore fan or something i’m just a casual listener who doesn’t like fandom things.And like i said not a single k-pop group that catch my attention like Bts did in last 6 years.This is not only my case my friends also find this problem.I tried to get them into K-pop but they don’t like k-pop and like some Bts songs only.They found most of the K-pop groups and their songs are cringe,Especially boy groups.I can’t blame them bcs even 6 years in k-pop i can’t find my self better discography in kpop after Bts.Atleast girl group’s some songs are listenable comparing to boy groups songs that’s also i can easily count in my finger.I don’t know why may be Bts set my standards are high Bcs I can’t Find Hip Hop Phile,Tomorrow,House of cards,Home,Just one day,Danger,Rain,Spring day,Fire,One more night,Like animals,They don’t know about us etc… In other group’s Dicography.Bts’s whole discography is just cheff kiss for me.I can literally suggest Bts songs to my friends But i can’t do that to other groups.That doesn’t mean i don’t listen or like other k-pop groups.I like some songs in other group also but that i can count in my finger that’s the problem.Like example.

(I know miss some legendary groups in this list i’ll add that in comments if you ask me about them bcs this post take long than i expected.Sorry 😪😪).
I think Bts’s songs have global appeal and other’s doesn’t.I think that’s the main reason very popular and successful in inside and outside home.We can’t say that same to other groups in kpop.This is how i felt and this is my confession.👍😊
NB:I hope this post never leading into fanwars.I know kpop subreddit doesn’t like Bts praising post.And it’s not even a Bts praising post.This is just my experience and raw emotion that felt in k-pop space last 6 years.I hope people will understand that(Haters Will hate everything so i can’t do anything about that).😊😊
