…I think, at least. It is a shared sentiment that TUIDE do not look like they were ready to debut, and they would’ve 100% benefitted from more training rather than forcing them to learn as they go on stage.
I really like TUIDE, I’ve enjoyed their songs so far and the girls are all adorable. But the majority of them are literal BABIES, they all dance at different abilities to the point it looks really messy, and vocally there are huge gaps between the girls too.
We all know HYBE likes to crank out groups like there’s no tomorrow, especially since the VAST majority of HYBE groups do incredibly well really quickly. I think that Saint Satine was definitely supposed to debut this year, and when Lexie backed out they pushed their debut to sometime next year (when TUIDE should’ve debuted) while they find a replacement member, and TUIDE was rushed to debut to replace them and fill in the (income) gap.
Please don’t hate on the TUIDE girls, I’m not criticising the girls themselves at ALL. I’ve just seen way too many videos zooming in on the girls and commenting on their singing/dancing, and these videos get hundreds of thousands of likes so clearly it’s something that has been noticed. Any criticism should be on their label and HYBE.
