OK so I am curious if anyone here might be able to crack the code that is my wife’s taste in kpop.
She is not a kpop fan in general, but not against it. So far, of everything I listen to, she has picked out exactly 3 songs and said “I like this one!,” but I can not, for the life of me, find a commonality between them, considering she has heard a large number of other songs by these groups and not had the same reaction.

i-dle – Lucid – The first kpop song she heard that made her think kpop might be worth her time.

Baby DONT Cry – I Dont Care – Like a month and a half later, the first song she said, “Oh, I like this one too!”

NMIXX – See That? – The third she declared was a “great song”
She has heard pretty much all other songs from all 3 of these groups and had no real reaction, so suggestions from them won’t be helpful. I will concede I do not listen to boy groups, that might hold something I don’t have for her.
Do you see a common thread here? I don’t see anything that wouldn’t be found in the rest of their catalogs. It doesn’t REALLY matter, but I’m very curious to see if I can find more things she’d like.
