What is something normalized in K-pop that you find weird?

How young idols debut. I think people see examples like Eunchae and Chiquita and think, “These girls are set for life, no issues.”

But the big problem is the other 95% of the industry, which will not reach even a quarter of the Big 4 sucess.

A lot of underage idols end up dealing with all the downsides of the industry without the benefit of building a real financial cushion. That’s what I find weird to see normalized.
