So today morning after opening instagram the first thing i saw Lisa collaborating with meta ai, she designed some glasses with them. She said she always thought about doing such things, great but she had to do this with these glasses ????? Like the designs are nothing new and it’s ugly, Lisa is very pretty but those doesn’t even looks good on her at that conference/video call she did. She looked so excited and thanked mark zuckerberg for this.
Before her Jennie became brand ambassador for Rayban x Meta ai glasses.
Both of them multiple times expressed their anger and dissatisfaction with stalking and invasion of privacy. And these meta glasses are exactly that. No wonder people call ot pervert glasses. This is so creepy and honestly scary too, you don’t when and why they are recording you. One would think being a women Lisa and Jennie would get how uncomfortable and horrible the feeling of getting filmed without consent and they promoting exactly those glasses.
Many women came forward to say what they felt when they came to know they are getting filmed and still there is no stopping of these. With the rise of these techs and surveillance state it’s concerning what’s going to happen next.
I know men also promoting these shit glasses, i can’t remember from kpop who’s doing but i saw woodz was also promoting this. I’m mentioning Jennie and Lisa cause I don’t know i am just very disappointed like they don’t need this campaigns, these visibility through meta ai glasses or the money that they are so eager to promote this.
I know they say there are many uses of this glasses, but tbh i see more negatives than positive with this. It feels creepy and nothing more.
