If you were to manage k-pop concert when it comes to organization what would you fix/focus on?

So far I’ve been to 2 big k-pop concerts and I couldn’t help but think that the merch situation could be handled so much better. More information. More stations. Clear signs. Info passed down the queue which items were sold out so people who look for something specific don’t waste their time.

Last September during G-Dragon concert we only got merch because we were one of the few who found the info about second merch booth opening 3 hours after the first one. Literally almost nobody knew, and the line to the first booth was like 1km long at least. The girl I knew who camped in that line since 8AM got her stuff about 2 hours after myself, who just found out about 12PM booth.

And during Stray Kids in Frankfurt we bailed out of standing in pre-concert merch line since those 2 booths already had some items missing, with lines we had to walk for long time to find the end of, only for the venue to have 7 fully equiped merch stands inside, with nearly no lines, but they were only aviable after entrances opened. Those people in the morning wasted so much of their time for no reason and it could be resolved just by moving those inside the venue booth outside on the first place.
