Has anyone heard of this dish and could provide a recipe? I’ve only had this noodle dish in Chicagoland from chef ping in rolling meadows. It’s like a stir fried jampong but more like a jajamyun than Jampong as it’s not soup. It hits all the pleasure centers. Spicy, pork, seafood, onions…and of course noodles. Thanks redditors!
