Tae-il, who was tried in a state of undetained, was detained in court after the first trial sentence. The court said, “Since the prison sentence is imposed, it is judged that there is a scree of escape, and an arrest warrant is issued.” Earlier last month, the prosecution sought 7 years in prison for Tae-il, who was accused of special juno-extage under the Sexual Violence Punity Act.

Taeil is accused of sexually assaulting a drunken woman and two accomplices in June last year. The Seoul Bangbae Police Station, which was in charge of the case, called Tae-il as a suspect in August last year to investigate and sent the case to the prosecutor in September of that year. The police said it was necessary to arrest Taeil, so he applied for an arrest warrant, but the court rejected it.
