I’m a big fan of Korean mukbang and ASMR creators such as Boki and Nado, and I’ve always wanted to try the creamy, rich rosé-style dishes they eat in their videos. I’m especially looking for something with very thick, chewy glass noodles (dangmyeon) covered in a creamy rosé sauce. I’ve seen dishes like rosé jjimdak and rosé tteokbokki, but I’m not sure which specific dish or restaurant I should be looking for. I’ll be visiting Seoul in September and staying around Dongdaemun. Since I’m Japanese and won’t have access to Korean delivery apps, I’m hoping to find somewhere that I can either eat at the restaurant or order for takeaway/pickup. Does anyone have any recommendations?
