Need help for my kimchi

It’s my second time making this and I’m so anxious because it is our project. The first one that I did has a white parts that I think looks like mold? And now I do another batch of my kimchi and I put cling wrap on it and close the lid. Did I do it right this time to prevent it from getting mold or there’s still wrong??? I need help because this is for our project and I keep messing up
