Military service

Im curious abt this. Im not that good at korean (have trouble reading or writing korean). I dont speak it fluently but nationality-wise im korean. My parents immigrated overseas before i was born, and I grew up speaking mostly english (my first language learned was english). My parents tried to teach me korean, they had different teachers to teach me korean and I tried to learn korean but i never really improved. Im currently residing at an english speaking country for uni so I dont really use korean a lot. So my question is: how do the military accomodate for koreans like me that struggle with korean language? Obviously theres going to be language barriers and lack of cultural knowledge/awareness. Curious to hear your thoughts.
