I have a question about ethical pet breeding in South Korea

So, I am coming to Korea for the first time in Spring 2026 because I want to explore and see if it’s the right permanent move for me. I plan to come several times and I’ll be learning the culture norms, the language and everything else I need to know. I have had pets all my life and I can’t live without at least one. I want to make a list of ethical breeders, pet shops, and adoption centers so that I know where to get cats, dogs, sugar gliders, rats, and if it’s legal capybaras. Does anyone know anything about this? I’m planning to move in the next 4 years so I have a reserve of money built up and I’m planning on attending uni for a certificate program so I can work in the medical field. It will allow me steady income and the stability necessary to take care of a pet.
