Hello everyone! How’s summer treating you? I’m here today to ask for help!
A couple of months ago my girfriend and a friend of hers went to Seoul on vacation and since they came back what they are missing the most is the bbq.
I’m planning to set up a dinner this week end and I wanted to give them both a slice of their marvelous experience in Korea here at home.
So, since I wasn’t there and unfortunatelly I have no direct experience with Kbbq scene in Seoul beside dramas, researches and reels, I would love your help in setting up something as close as authentic I can strive to make.
I already have a bbq grill for the table and, although I am more versed in Chinese-style cuisine, we regularly use Korean spices and sauces like Ssamjang, Gochujang, Gochugaru and friends.
In your opinion, to set up the closest experience I can, what are the unforgettable things I can add to the table or to the ambience to enhance the mood?
