So &team released a song good boy and the comments were like: coer here to support and comments like these.
I have seen a lot of videos just basicaly glazing the thing that Martin co-wrote the song. There was even a comment: the song sounded like a cortis song.
Like what the, the song didn’t even sound like a cortis song. Also they glaze Martin for CO-WRITING. They lowkey made me think he did the entite song while he only co-wrote. Like he didn’t even write it fully.
Also a lot of these coers are like in some delusion that CORTIS are the only self producing group and that Martin is the best songwriter.
So I recently encountered quite some coers. And when I asked who do they think is the best songwriter who is also an idol in K-pop.
The said Martin. I almost got a heartattack on the spot. Yrah he ain’t a bad songwriter, but there are many better than him.
When I asked why. They said cause he makes the meaningful songs and that other songwriters only write about love and nothing else. That Martin’s have meaning.
I was close to slapping somebody. Like Jeon Soyeon never existed or something? Queencard, Allergy, Super Lady, Tomboy, Nxde, Wife and so many more.
They glaze Martin and his writing so much. Like that guy can write onr line and suddently he is a lyrical genious.
Also they ask as if CORTIS is the only self producing group. Have you ever heard of Seventeen, Stray Kids and I-dle (examples). These groups have changed K-pop and their sound. They are self profucing and – in my opinion – have more meaningful and better songs – mostly Stray Kids and I-dle.
Crazy as f if you ask me.
