Chicken breast ideas

I have some chicken breast in the freezer but I’m not sure what I can make with it. Most recipes call for thighs or bone in chicken since breast isn’t really great for braised dishes. I often tenderise chicken breast with bi carb soda if making a non-Korean stir fry but that texture doesn’t seem right for a Korean dish. What can I make?
