Tried adding udon noodles to PK Jjamppong Tang last night and… yeah, this combo is dangerous lol. The udon soaked up the spicy seafood broth perfectly and honestly made it way more satisfying. Then when I was almost done, I threw a spoonful of rice into the leftover broth to finish it off. That might’ve been the best part 😂 10/10 would do again.
