Feels like a fever dream seeing how viral they’ve gotten in Korea in just the past few months!
I genuinely think they have what it takes no?? I know they’ve blown up largely because of the variety show, but their songs are great for those who love oldschool kpop! They’re not making music just to cater to the international audience . A lot of their lyrics are already mostly in Korean, and their songs have those older kpop elements that we used to hear all the time back in 2010s.
I guess the only thing that might hold them back internationally is that they don’t have a fluent English speaker, but honestly is that even really a problem nowadays?? Groups have interpreters at concerts anyway, and fans can always translate their youtube content into English.
Maybe I’m being too optimistic here LOL but I think they could become surely become the biggest 5th gen group and maybe even go beyond that. Like could they potentially reach Blackpink-level status? I mean, with the miracle run they’ve been having, anything’s possible and sky’s the limit right??
Obviously they’d do it with a completely different flavor with their soft, velvety type of sound. Just imagine them filling up stadiums with everyone screaming the lyrics to Pretty Girl 😭
Idk I’m just so excited seeing their miraculous rise and how many people are rooting for them. RESCENE YAHOOOOO!!!
What do ya guys think? I know all of us are super rooting for them here but do you actually think it’s achievable for them to become one of the faces of kpop alongside legends like BTS, Blackpink, and TWICE?? BTS had a small start but look where they’re at now! It would be so awesome to make it happen for these girls as well! They absolutely deserve it!
