Got an idea from seeing another redditor bring a container of veggies to microwave into soup in the office. Here’s my take at soondubu in the office. Made a soondubu paste, curtesy of Aaron and Claire’s 5-minute recipe, which I ended up freezing into single portions. In my lunchbox, I added: zucchini, carrots, jalapeños, spam, tofu, and a stick of powder fish stock. In the office, I microwaved the veggies and soup paste until soften.
