What’s a home-cooked Korean dish that doesn’t get enough attention compared to the restaurant favorites?

It feels like a lot of what gets talked about online is restaurant-style stuff (Korean BBQ, tteokbokki, etc.) but it got me curious what people actually grew up eating at home that never really makes it onto the viral must-try lists.

Is there a dish your family made regularly that you’d consider way more special or comforting than anything you’d order out, something that feels more like real home cooking than what tourists usually hear about?
