Hey guys! I was in china recently and went to a kbqq place that sold something called a “seoul waterfall rice cake” basically a fried square shaped rice cake cut into smaller pieces with scissors, served warm and it was SUPER SUPER SUPER sticky! It was also served with a small bowl of what id say was molasses? And another one with boybean flour. Anyway I can’t stop thinking about this!! I realized that the name the store used basically doesn’t exist. I can’t find anything named “seoul waterfall rice cake” but i seriously cant stop thinking about it. Since i did eat it in china, i realize it might’ve not been authentic but anything similar works. I just really want that ooey gooey warm sticky feeling again.
