Help with uses for "Fresh Korean Noodle"

Forgive my ignorance, but I went to a nearby Korean supermarket recently and I couldn’t resist buying these. Fresh noodles always look so good and I was excited to try something completely new to me. However, I realized afterward that I’m not really sure of the proper way to use these. Are they only for soups? Can you stir fry them instead? Thank you in advance for your guidance and for helping this guy learn a bit more about Korean foods.

P.S. – as a quick aside, the employees at this market could not have been any nicer to the white dude who was clearly a deer in the headlights. I’m also vegan, and an older gentleman was so excited to show me the multiple types of vegan kimchi they offered. It was legitimately adorable
