I made bibim guksu simply.

I made bibim guksu simply.

I went to the traditional market to buy side dishes after a long time, and seeing the pork cutlet frying looked so delicious that I bought it.

I was wondering what kind of food would go well with it, but I thought it would be good with bibim guksu, so I made a simple bibim guksu.

Ingredients

1/2 Onion

1 Cheongyang chili pepper (Korean green chili)

1 Cabbage leaf

1/5 Carrot

1 Cucumber

Somyeon (Thin wheat noodles)

Sauce Ratio

1 tbsp Chili powder (Gochugaru)

2 tbsp Chili paste (Gochujang)

2 tbsp Vinegar

1 tbsp Sesame oil

1 tbsp Sugar

2 tbsp Soy sauce

1/2 tbsp Minced garlic

The sauce might taste a bit bland or salty depending on the amount of noodles you use, so please adjust it to your own taste. This isn’t a professional recipe, but I’m sharing the ingredients in case anyone is curious. In my experience, boiling the noodles for about 3 to 4 minutes is just right.
