Troubleshooting - First time making suyuk

* Taste: good. Seems kind of light on the flavor

* Texture: really dry after it cooled down. I wonder if I should not use the pressure cooker the next time I make this

* appearance: I’ve seen pictures of suyuk before and I feel like mine was too dark, but I guess maybe I was heavy handed on the instant coffee powder and doenjang potentially.

Other thoughts: I wish the hmart near me had better cuts of pork belly :/

Would appreciate any tips! I’m going to go to a restaurant to try it (to get a baseline)
