You can also add Dadaegi (seasoned red chili paste) if you prefer a spicier kick. Usually, in Korea, most soup restaurants have a decent baseline flavor, so it’s often the quality of the Kimchi and Kkakdugi (radish kimchi) that determines whether you become a regular—and this place definitely passes that test.
