what kpop companies are really the best? any similar to morevision?

what kpop company do u think suits me? obvi hybe, sm, and jyp r up there but what other companies are worth the shot? i’ve discovered morevision and it seems like the type of company i’m looking for. however, it’s new, small, and there’s not much info abt it.

what have u heard abt morevision? are there any similar companies to it? what should i look out for in certain companies? are there any i should avoid?

background info: hi! i’m female 2011, 5’3, and 118lb, who is Korean but born and raised in America. I’ve recently discovered kpop and the dream of becoming an idol has built up. However, I’m a complete beginner to singing and dancing so I feel like this dream is too far. I’m a pretty fit person as I play sports all three seasons of school and exercise almost everyday. But, my dancing skills still lack and my singing/rapping is just mid. The only thing that I have going for me is that I’m trilingual so I can speak english, korean, and spanish. Additionally, I’ve always loved music and have made a couple of beats. Plus I might move to korea and attend an international school next year anyways (im a freshman).

Any tips? What should I do? Should I just try to become a producer later or ditch music? What companies should I audition for? Advice on how to improve? Is there even are a chance of me making it? Am I too late?
