I’m going to make kimchi fried rice. I have done something untraditional and added bun bo hue powder to the rice, but I use it to make kimchi make jjigae and I’ve had positive responses to it.

What are your tips or tricks? Oyster sauce or no? Coat the rice with egg? I’ll be adding a poached egg at the end. (mods – Where’s the rice sub haha)
