A man in his 30s died by suicide after stabbing two strangers at a villa in Seoul’s Sillim-dong neighborhood on Sunday night. According to Gwanak Police Station on Monday, the incident occurred around 8:30 p.m. when the suspect, identified only as A, rang the doorbell of a villa in Gwanak District. When two residents, a man in his 20s and another in his 30s, opened the door, A allegedly attacked them with a knife. One victim sustained a shoulder injury, while the other was stabbed in the ankle. Both were taken to a hospital and are not in life-threatening condition. Authorities said the suspect and the victims had no prior relationship. Shortly after the assault, A jumped from a nearby location. He was transported to a hospital in cardiac arrest and was later pronounced dead.
