Would beef tenderloin be good in kimchi jjigae instead of pork belly?

Hi everyone. Long time lurker, first time poster.

I really love kimchi jjigae and it is in my daily rotation of dinners. I’ve always made it with pork belly and while it is incredibly delicious, I feel as if pork belly is not always the healthiest option. I calculated the macros for my kimchi jjigae recipe and one bowl is almost always over 300 calories for some reason, and I feel like it’s the pork belly that accounts for most of the calories. I recently bought some lean beef tenderloin and was wondering if it would be a good substitution for pork belly.
