Why don’t idols get dimensional bleach and tones?

Random thought I had while scrolling this morning. I saw a beautiful hair transformation from a salon on an asian client. They gave her gorgeous bright highlights, face framing money pieces, a shadow root and lowlights. It was super gorg, but I immediately thought “wait a minute…why do I never see kpop idols with dye jobs this good?” Almost everytime an idol goes blonde, it’s just a solid bleach job and usually not toned very well. (thinking of all the times I’ve seen purple/silver roots, yellow mids and white crispy ends.) Surely their companies can afford good quality hair dressers? Are dimensional dye jobs just not very popular in korea? Is the solid blonde just the go to look there? I feel like dimension just makes your hair look so much richer. Plus the shadow roots and lowlights don’t make the grow out as obvious. I don’t know, just a random thought that popped into my head and I had to ask other people.
