Hello – Had a question – I know I should just throw the jar out but I hate to waste food! I purchased 2 jars of kimchi several months ago – both sealed and in refrigerator until a few days ago. Jars said expired in Nov 2025 but still smell great and texture is good. I’m eating the spicy one – was drying out like the seaweed but didn’t show any other sign – tastes delicious! I’m on the fence about the seaweed – is this yeast? Not fuzzy or any real discoloration – smells normal. Thanks for any input submitted by /u/kringlebk |
