Hello, i am living in Vietnam and wanted to cook some jjajangmyeon there are 2 pastes that are readily available here. but i wanted to ask if they could both be used to make jjajangmyeon. one brand is from the ottogi brand and seems like normal jjajang paste, but the second brand although its a Korean brand says Chinese black bean sauce, is this a mis translation? i hope someone could clarify a bit for me, i was quite happy that i discovered that recently a Korean grocer opened in my town but sadly these are the only 2 jjajang paste that they sell. so i hope someone is able to help me decide which one is the best to make jjajangmyeon. submitted by /u/Direct-Advantage-948 |
