Is Paris Baguette putting on more frosting so they can bake less cake?

Is it just me or has Paris Baguette’s amount of frosting on their cakes significantly increased?
They used to have very good cakes that were light and not too sweet but now I feel like I’m eating a regular American cake with 1 inch of frosting and very little cake.
Maybe it’s just me or my local shop.
