Former members of groups in books about Kpop?

So I’m currently working on a book about Kpop, and I find myself in a bit of a conundrum.

Kpop evolves and changes pretty quickly, and between the moment the text was written and now, we’ve had two major departures from big groups: Heeseung from Enhypen and Mark from NCT.

And I’m wondering, when listing the members of a group (those two in particular), what is better: list all of them indistinctively or add a “and formerly XXX”?

The two most egregious examples are Enhypen and NCT, but that problem actually comes up a lot, for a lot of groups: the text makes no mention of Jessica for SNSD, and I am somewhat bothered by not even mentioning her, whereas it talks about Seungri while I have no qualms about erasing him from Bigbang’s history completely. No mention of Soojin for I-dle, but Garam is there for LSRFM.

The fact that there isn’t any kind of logic to that deeply bothers me.

So what do y’all think is best? What you would prefer to read in a book?
