Well, I decided to switch things up today and went with Tuna Gimbap (Chamchi Gimbap) instead! What a redemption arc. This time, the rice was perfectly moist, and it was packed with generous amounts of savory tuna mixed in smooth, creamy mayo. The textures and flavors blended together so well, making every single bite an absolute delight. You truly can never go wrong with tuna gimbap.
