Ok so there’s this one Korean dish I used to eat in a restaurant called Pajukol in my home island of Saipan. It was a spicy/sweet beef intestine cooked with tons of veggies (onions, carrots, cabbage) and is probably my #1 most favorite Korean dish. I’ve tried to search all over the web for a recipe but no luck. How do they get the intestine so juicy and not too fatty? Anyone know the Korean name of this dish?
