It’s been a week ever since I made Oiji. The cucumbers all wrinkled up and there were too much of salt water left. I didn’t want to throw away the delicious water with all the cucumber and chili sauce so I decided to reuse it! I made sure to boil the water before I used it because I wanted to sterilize it and added soju to be extra safe. (Better safe than sorry) I ran out of salt water in the end and should have added more soju but I was to lazy to go to the convenience store.
