Hi everyone! I recently went to Seoul for vacation and went to BTS famous restaurant called Yoojung Sikdang. I ordered 흑돼지 돌솥 비빔밥 – Heukdwaeji Dolsot Bibimbap which translates to Black Pork (Jeju Pork) Hotstone Bibimbap. It was so good!!! The pork was tender and the marinate/sauce(?) on it tastes like ssamjang and it coats the rice really well I would love to cook this dish at home! However, the dish’s name is too generic to find on Google. I’ve read blogs about the restaurant and seems like none of them mentioned what the actual (or similar) dish is in the bibimbap. The owner did mention that she created this dish so that the members wouldn’t have to eat the same meal every single day. (Ironically, the members loved the bibimbap so much that they order it the most!) Anyone here so has been to Yoojung Sikdang? Does anyone know what the actual pork dish is called?
