삼겹살 미역 된장국 (Samgyeopsal Miyeok Doenjang-guk) or so I’m told…

I was sleepy and making Miyeok Guk or trying (new to cooking Korean foods!!) and added ssamjang, genius…it tastes really good and I had some thick cut bacon so broiled that and in it went.

Meet my version of the mash up of two soups.

Also this is a portion in a mason jar and I was greedy and took more Miyeok and beef.
