I’m sure you all heard the news that they’ll be having another comeback in November. That makes it three comebacks in this year alone! Right now, they’re everywhere on variety, they’re getting endorsed by big companies and products left and right (these girls are making BANK), and pretty much getting invited to all the events out there.
Even though the girls don’t weigh 180kg in total (IYKYK from the latest variety), they sure are making a metric ton of impact rn. Lim Young Woong may be dominating with the ajumma fans, but Rescene’s got all the ahjussi AKA samchon or uncle fans raving about them. And we know these uncles got money in the bank ready to spend hahah they’re fully committed!
My personal prediction is that they’ll sweep the charts and all the awards at the end of the year. On a related note, I think we might see news of other groups potentially delaying or changing their comeback dates to avoid direct competition. It would genuinely suck if other groups’ hard worked comebacks don’t get enough attention due to overlapping. Nobody would want that. Every group deserves to have their music appreciated.
I know we’re still months away but the album’s already gone platinum in my book. Please let it be an EP and not another single…! A full album will be even better! Anyway, I’m really happy that they’ve become the new queens of Kpop and that everyone seems to be on board with crowning them and celebrating their success. I’m just so excited and happy these days. Are you guys stoked for the comeback? What kind of concept are you expecting from them? The group’s been killing it with their easy listening, kind of cutesy styled songs and I don’t see them steering too far away from this direction for the upcoming song. I could be totally wrong tho lol they could surprise us all and comeback with a girl crush concept. I’d love to read all your thoughts in the comments!
