Hi All! I bought these cleaned blue crabs from H-Mart as been really wanting to try to make Gejang. I am usually a bit weary when it comes to raw food where I am the main preparer. From this pack of crabs how much more cleaning would you do if any? Any other important steps I should be aware of before diving full throttle?
