Odd top growth on perilla. Has anyone seen this before? Should I cut or trim the leaves on the top? I’m growing kkaennip (egoma) for the 2nd year now and the first one I planted from last year’s seed grew this weird mass of leaves (1) like two months ago. Comparing the plant between now vs a month ago (2), it seems it has almost stopped growing. The momma kkaennip looked more normal last year (and is actually still growing seeds and flowers from time to time).
