So you know with idols such as Changbin, Bang Chan, Mingyu, Wonho and San you know how their known to have a much more bigger and muscular physique, so I’m wondering do they get some “exemptions” when it comes to things such as the strict dieting standards in Kpop in general. Cause you know in bodybuilding/strength training, there is like a phase called bulking in where you eat like a lot of food to build muscle as well and gain a certain amount of weight too so if you see videos of them like eating such a big volume of food that’s quite of the reason. At the same time they do deficits to you know reduce an amount of body fat while maintaining muscle at the same time.
So I’m wondering, do companies make “exemptions” for them when it comes to things such as dieting because maintaining such physique requires eating more? Or are they still expected to follow the same strict weight standards as everyone else?
Also do you think that most of their muscular build comes from mostly their training as well as stuff such as nutritional supplements to build muscle?
What are your thoughts?
