My friend introduced me to Gungjung Tteokbokki and I think I’m officially hooked👍🏼

I’ve been a huge fan of spicy red tteokbokki for a while now, but a close friend of mine recently whipped up some “Gungjung Tteokbokki”(soy sauce-based) for me.

Honestly, it’s a completely different experience. While the spicy version feels like a classic “grab and go” street food, the soy based one feels more like a legit, hearty meal. It’s got that savory, umami packed profile with the beef and veggies that just hits different.

If you’re usually into the spicy stuff, you seriously need to try making this at home. It’s a game changer for a quick but elevated weeknight dinner. Definitely recommend!
