Are there some lifestyle things believed in Korean culture that shorten one’s life?

So for context, last night I had a dream where my mom was talking with me about some medical documents or something that in the dream looked like vague pink charts, and in the dream she told me I only had until 48 to live with a 51% chance of it happening; I asked a dream reddit about it, and one person said it was me seeing the ledger of the dead in Korean mythos based on Korean dream interpretation, and that the reason for that may be a life style thing. I’m doing a ritual they suggested tonight to try and deal with it, but I also want to sort of deal with the “source” of the initial problem if that makes sense, so I’m wondering if there are any specific beliefs in Korean culture about things that can shorten one’s life?

Also in case I fail at doing it tonight for whatever reason (and also out of curiosity) if someone receives a similar Korean specific death omen involving the ledger of the dead but doesn’t immediately deal with it, can they still fight against their fate to die early in other ways over time? Or no?
