I saw this on episode 10 of Sold Out on You (at least I think that’s what it was) and had to make it. My photo doesn’t really do it justice but it was delicious! Also had Korean sweet potatoes (slow roasted in the air fryer for an hour and a half at increasing temps) which were the best potatoes I’ve ever eaten, even without anything extra, just ate them straight and they were like candy!
