Soy Candied Nuts (Repeat)

Somewhere in between jorim and jeongwha. Pecans, walnuts, and added raisins (out of daechu) for this batch. Simmered in a sweetened soy glaze. Glaze: Soy sauce, corn syrup, sesame oil, brown sugar, Korean plum wine (Matchsoon), and a splash of maesil cheong (Plum syrup).
