I want to recreate the Korean BBQ experience at home.

Last time at Korean BBQ restaurant, it occurred to all of us that we could have fun doing the same thing on the Blackstone. So I went to the Asian market, got squid, octupus, pork belly, various mushrooms, oysters, scallops, shrimp… everything but the bulgogi which I will get at Costco.

Has anyone done this before and do you have any tips?
